Lofts at Plaza

This was my husband and I first apartment its been about 2yrs since we moved out only lived here for 4 months too find out we had mold all on the window seals they covered with paint it was growing in our closet and ended up having a bad allergic reaction too it they only gave us $600 back when we left when we always paid 3months in rent there was a fire that happened in one of the buildings definitely not worth the money I would never move back here and do not recommend there was also roaches they offered us to be moved into a different apartment but I didnt think it was worth it or gonna be any different

I have been here since 2016. Mike, Erica and Randy are great maintenance guys and always willing to help when needed. They are very friendly, and helpful. Hope and the office staff are amazing. Always helpful and friendly. My sweet doggie loves all of them!!! They are always doing fun activities for us tenants!!

Im looking to move soon and I completely loved the attention Andee gave me and my sister, she was very acknowledged about all the apartments and she showed me the lofts at the woodsmill apartments as well. Absolutely loved them and 10/10 service. Thank you Andee

I like the community feeling here. The maintenance staff is great to address any problems in a professional, timely manner. The office staff are great too. My only problem is with people not picking up their dog poop! Even with several dog waste cans with poop bags around complex. The fenced in dog are is nice but people seem to just let their dogs poop in it and leave it. A camera on the light pole focused on dog enclosure would be a great deterrent. Cameras throughout the complex would catch the people and they could be fined. That would be how to address the problem. If I am disabled with balance problems and can pick up my dogs waste, so can everyone else. Otherwise, I love it here. Hopefully they wont increase rent again. Much higher and I dont know how Ill afford to stay here or elsewhere.
