    Only see Monica if you go here. On 2 separate occasions, with 2 different employees, neither could not tell me why my phone was using data, said I had to call tech support myself. However, MONICA can ALWAYS figure out phone issues and goes above and beyond.

    I spent $1,500 online for a phone to be picked up via the locker option at this location. The locker didn't open and now I've received an email thanking me for my purchase. No option to report a problem, just a receipt for something I didn't get and no proof that the door malfunctioned. This was the last straw with Verizon and a perfect representation of the service I've grown to expect from them after being a customer for 16 years. UPDATE: After 2 calls to customer service, they said I would likely have to file a claim. Thankfully, after making another trip to Winston-Salem, they informed us that that locker has been "sticking" and I wasn't the first customer to experience this, so there was no issue providing I didn'treceive my phone. Hopefully they will get that fixed or use a different locker in the future. I do not recommend using this option if you want reliable service.
