I came into the store after my phone was stolen all my pictures of my mother in law that passed away were on the stolen phone the lady from another cricket store told me I couldnt retrieve my account because I didnt remember my gmail information. I decided to give another cricket store a try and came in Reynolda its very small store barley any parking but the customer service I received from the young lady working alone was exceptional she had a line of customers and juggling two customers at different computers and had a customer on the phone and she didnt seem faced by the pressure after it was my turn and I explained how important my pictures were and I needed to know if I could get them back she told me she would try to retrieve it right after she was able to find out my account email and helped me reset password I was so grateful. The young lady name was Jessica or Jennifer from now on I will only go to this store and know that I am receiving the best customer care service keep up the good work cricket
