OMG where do I begin! My man placed an order Monday for a delivery that was promised Wednesday 2/14/24. Well no delivery or call from Zeals Florist. He called the next morning and was given a bunch of bogus excuses on why his order was not delivered on time. they dont deliver after dark and offered a $20 discount next time! WTH, there will be no next time!! After his call about 45 minutes later Im sitting on the couch and see out my window an SUV that backed full speed into my mailbox! All caught on camera and if I could upload the video I would! I immediately went outside to make sure the person did not pull off and it was Zeals delivery and he wasnt even going to fix my mailbox!! He just stood there throwing is arms up in the air like there was nothing wrong with my mailbox. He knocked it completely in another direction! After he fixed it he brought the order to the door only later for me to find out he did not deliver the full order which prompted another call to Zeals. They promised to bring the missing item same day and I have yet to receive it and now they are closed for today . HORRIBLE FLORIST AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST.!!!!!!

Florist took my payment a week in advance for a guaranteed valentine's floral day delivery and they NEVER showed up, my college daughter was so upset. To make matters worse, it's now 12:30pm the next day and I still can't reach them to attempt a refund.

I needed an arrangement for my brothers funeral. The manager was so understanding and helpful. Their design was beautiful and exactly what I wanted.

Came in to a totally sold out shop on their way to closing for the holiday. The wonderful woman running the shop very kindly offered to make us a custom arrangement before she closed for the holidayfor us to give to my mother in law. She did a wonderful job and was so kind to take time to make this for us when she absolutely did not have to. Give these lovely people your business!

Today is my wife's birthday and I ordered an arrangement of a dozen orange and pink roses, 6 red mini roses. 1 large pink and white lily and 1 large pink and yellow lily. After paying $120.00, my wife received 4 red roses, 6 carnations and 4 mini red roses. Of course when I called, the lady who helped me "wasn't there". So now I have this disappointment and I have to waste time calling my bank to dispute this charge for not receiving product I ordered. Avoid this place at all cost!! Steal your money and give you junk in return.
