The bestway in winston salem employees are very rude and demeaning. My sister has paid off several items with this store and has kept doing business with them for over 10 years. She had been late with payments but has still paid off accounts. She even took them $1500, which never showed on her accounts, and still to this day doent know where the money went. The manaager at the time left quietly, as was put to her by bestway employees when my sister kept inquiring where the money went. Mark, who is the manager now came to my sister's house one day and accused my nephew of faking blindness when he answered the door and demanded he move. Mark brushed past him, entering the house without permission, went into the bedroom and took the tv. My nephew has been blind for over 5 years. Mark came into the home took a tv and was very rude, argumentative, acting threateningly and and demeaning to everyone present. When the TV was redelivered later that day, Mark refused to get out the truck and caught a sudden case of shut mouth, when her knew my sister's husband was home. Mark came to my sister's house during covid she asked him to wear a mask, which he refused to do. Mark's supervisor at the time told him he was wrong for telling my sister he didn't have to prove his vaccination record to her knowing she was on oxygen. My sister was able to call the district manager, who never did anything. Mark called today being excessively rude and demeaning. He was yelling and telling my my sister he, Mark, would've never given her TV back, had it been up to him. I told Mark he was being rude and nasty and that I was recording the call. Mark continued to talk about her credit and collections knowing I could hear him, which is against the law. I again told him how rude he was as he kept yelling at my sister. So if you want to be yelled at, disrespected, someone to be demeaning and threatening to you and someone to be rude to you, bestway is the place.

Very horrible customer service. Manager was unprofessional and rude. Had me waiting all day for furniture delivery and wasted my time and money. Do NOT shop here!!!!!

How does a bank get an authorized approval for a transaction a merchant requests?, but the merchant doesn't get the payment. Answer: th***!
