        Today I had terrible service at the spectrum location inside the Hanes mall Blvd, I waited 45 minutes to return a piece of equipment and in the end they didn't help me because they were doing who knows what? and 5 more people were waiting behind me, a veteran person was able to tell me that they made him wait 1:30 minutes to be able to return his equipment. They need to pay attention to their customer service, what's wrong with you????

        Slow. Only 2-3 people working at a time. ALWAYS a long wait, even for simple stuff like picking up or returning equipment. ridiculous.
