I threw out my back a week ago and went to Michael for a massage and stretch to help when I started recovering. Such a great experience! Getting stretched was exactly what those muscles needed and he was so great about asking questions and making it a helpful and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend to anyone getting over injuries, or even to those who suffer from stiff muscles. 10 out of 10 for sure!

I had several surgeries over 2 years. Received some benefits from multiple sources/disciplines. As an additional resource, decided to see Michael. One hour with Michael far exceeded anything I experienced. The improvements with Michael within the first 24 hours were exceptional less pain, improved range, more fluid movement. His sense of body and soul serve him well. I urge you to see him before his calendar gets so full we cant get in. Good luck!

I have been training with Michael for 5 years now and he has helped me beyond measure on my fitness journey. Along with being a great personal trainer, Michael is a fantastic stretch therapist. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and you feel 100% when the session is over. Highly recommend.

What a great experience!! Mike is extremely knowledgeable. My visit was for a stretching session and deep tissue massage. Outstanding. He has created a welcoming and tranquil environment that allows his clients to feel comfortable and get the most out of the experience. Highly recommend.
