I have been enjoying yoga classes at Viral Bloom since September. The classes are energizing and challenging. Travis is a welcoming instructor who is positive and encouraging. His flows skillfully promote strength, flexibility, and balance while also engaging the mind. This balance of a physical workout and mindfulness has given me a greater sense of calm and focus. I highly recommend these classes to anyone who has an interest in Vinyasa Yoga.

Im embarrassed to even work out at home, but completely comfortable with Travis at Viral Bloom. Im down 15 lbs, my stamina is up, and Im starting to see muscular tone. Great results without the intimidation that has become standard by most trainers.

Travis is such a great teacher. He works at such a great pace and you can tell he loves what he does. Thanks to him I am more focused on my own health and I cant wait to continue working with him.
