I attended Jays 9am class as a visitor from Madagascar. I was impressed by his knowledge and enthusiasm throughout the entire class. As a CrossFitter, I was hoping for a good workout and he did not disappoint. His programming was the perfect mix of intensity and variety. I highly recommend visiting his class! I will come back during my next visit.

Even though it's been almost a decade since I lived in Clemmons - Kore remains my favorite gym experience; awesome varied workouts, great group of fellow fitness enthusiasts, specialized attention to reach fitness goals - it's just a great experience overall. Every other small business gym I've attended is no longer around - the fact that this gym is still going for 15 years is incredible and a testament to the owner's perseverance and passion for fitness. Regardless of your fitness level - if you want to work out in a group, get a full body workout, and make progress to being healthier or looking better you should check out this gym.

Jay offers personal and group training at his studio. The group session exercises change daily and they include cardio, strength training and stretching. Jay is very knowledgeable, attentive, and and his sessions challenge all fitness levels. Jay gets us through his circuits with his upbeat personality and a touch of humor. Phenomenal studio for great workouts with a personal touch. I can highly recommend!
