I saw a hosue looked at the disclosure of Brad and stacie mitchell's property... the agent that listed this property in eden nc at 725 caleb ct...new they had termites ( this was not disclosed in the disclosures, in fact it stated there was nto wood destroying insect, in fact it was and the foundation would take $50,000 to correct, if you could get rid of the termites!) and this agent either worked withthem to place the market on the market WITH OUT DISCLOSIG THEY WERE SELLING A HOUSE WITH TERMITES AND TERMIT DAMAGE..THIS IS BEING DONE TO SEPERATE PEOPLE HARD EARN MONEY TO GIVE SELLERS MONEY IN THE POCKET THEY ARE GETTIng THROUGH ILL Gains. I told the sellers they knew they had foundation damge due to the termites and return my due diligence money as they and the agent fornmthis company was commiting theft and deception as the lyng about the termites not being present and damge done form them was denied) they knew they had termites because the did a cheap fix which lef the doors in the house needn to be removed! people need to call out these kinds of sellers agents and compnaies that list proerty that not being honest to the damge that by law was to be disclosed. I say do to do business withthis company because they enlist scheming sellers and you never know what you could be getting into a real sale or some couple like Brad and astacie Mithcell trying to take your money . Buyers beware of these agents companies and sellers! Companies need to do better if they are not part of the schemes

Karin Head sold my house for me and she was an excellent realtor in every regard.
