Mobile Matrix Repair

Horrible experience. I only went to get my screen fixed and left with my screen still cracked and more problems that I came with. My Face ID, brightness, and speaker were broken which is what he broke after attempting to fix my cracked screen. I had to come back again for him to fix the things he broke and ultimately he was unable to fix my Face ID which was not a problem before I gave my phone to him to fix. 0/5 highly would not recommend.

Recently I dropped my phone and my screen cracked, also my battery life wasnt holding a good charge. Adam, owner of mobile matrix repair, was so helpful with fixing it fast & explained about the battery. Great prices overall & very knowledgeable with the products. Definitely will come back if needed!

The owner was very professional and courteous. After calling a few places in town, they were the best priced by quite a few dollars. I was in and out with my iPhone under 30 minutes. Fantastic experience, would recommend to anyone local. Its nice to see locally owned and operated businesses in Greensboro. 5 stars all the way
