Hi Katrina Moorin, we regret to hear that you are displeased with your experience with us. However, there are a few corrections that need to be made. We replaced several other front end parts including your cv axles due to the damaged and grinding condition it arrived in on 4-7-23, which is a almost a year later versus the couple of months you stated. I also have pictures and videos showing the condition the original parts were in when it arrived. The cost was $689.91 and I have a copy of this invoice, so I'm not sure how you came up with $1700? It is very slanderous to say we did not put the part in and would like to know how you arrived at this conclusion, especially considering it has been working now for almost a year. If you look at any undercar part after a year of driving, it is certainly doesn't look new anymore. We pride ourselves on our reputation and take this very seriously. I have tried to call the number you had left us, but it has been disconnected. I will continue to try reach you in any way so that this can be resolved.
