        I had called this place a couple weeks back (in the AM) They took my name and number and said that a guy named Butch would call me back. I never received a call back so later on late afternoon, I called back to follow up on my phone call and yet again I was told that Butch was busy and he would call me back. I never received a call back I think customer service is important and if you are going to take Messages for callback, the call should be returned.

        The staff is friendly and I feel they are very knowledgeable in what they do. They were also prepared to assist me above and beyond with any issue after installment. They got me scheduled right away and took care of me just as fast. I was very satisfied with this company.
