      image Our dad had past away and we needed to get the house in order to put it on the market. We reached out to LaValle Flooring for new carpet and pad, and we were not disappointed. They worked with us every step of the way. Fortunately, they had a high quality carpet and pad in stock. Though they were busy, they went out of their way to accommodate our schedule and desire to list it before winter hit. They worked with us every step of the way from sales to a finished installation.
      I can't say enough to truly express my gratitude to the installers that worked over the weekend and drove through a blizzard in North Dakota to get the project finished by the date they said it would be done! We had horrible weather that I would never expect someone to drive in just to install some pad and carpet.
      They made it and got the job done and done right.
      I know I will be using this company again!!!!

      image We are extremely impressed with the professional installation by Noberto Sr. and Jr. and the dealing with Matt from the office. We love the color of both our vinyl planking and carpet! We were disappointed in the cushion of the padding under the carpet. It wasn't quite what we expected. Overall, we would highly recommend LaValle to anyone!

      Hello Monica, Thank you for the great review, especially considering you weren't totally satisfied with the carpet pad. Matthew brought your concern to me and I think it's the second time I've heard it in the last few years. Typically, for low pile carpets such as yours, we recommend a dense rubber pad. Unlike thicker, plush pile carpet, thinner low pile carpets can show wear much quicker if given a softer, less dense carpet pad. That said, we will start to give our clients an option to purchase a softer pad while explaining the pros/ cons to that decision. We're also working on a device to let folks test what the carpet would feel like over the different types of padding available.
