We have bought from Kallod Carpet on three occasions and we're very happy each time. Tracy and Jerry are great at explaining products and finding things that work and coordinate. For our current remodeling project we purchased and had vynal plank, carpet, and tile installed by the folks at Kallod, the products are great and the installation top notch. Quotes were accurate and work was completed on time. 10/10

Very personable, but somewhat sloppy work. (THIS POST IS ABOUT CUE REPAIR, NOT CARPETS) These guys have a great showroom for anyone looking for darts or cues, they had my exact tip I needed for my shaft. And even did it the same day, although I do have one thing that bummed me out a little. Like I said, the service was fast and the tip looks great after install, but when I received my shaft after the re-tipping there was a scratch in the carbon fiber. And although it doesnt seem like much, you cannot fix a scratch in a Carbon fiber shaft after its been damaged. It made what was initially a good interaction into a somewhat sour experience. Because, yeah, the tip is shaped very well, but its a scratch that I cant fix and I cant replace, because its a 500 dollar shaft. I did ask in advance if they had experience in working on carbon fiber shafts, and they said they did, so I figured they would use electrical tape or at least something to protect the carbon fiber while in the lathe to prevent scratches from a razor blade or lathe tool, but it seems that wasnt the case. I WOULDNT have my Carbon Fiber shaft re-tipped here again, mostly because I feel lied to for the sake of business, as they told me they knew what they were doing and then I received a damaged shaft after the fact. I WOULD recommend shopping for cue supplies, great selection, and they are very knowledgeable in tables, cues, darts, and all of the sort. Good customer service All in all, my only downside is getting my shaft back with a scratch in it, because its something that can easily be prevented with some tape and careful hands. And once again, these shafts arent cheap, so to be mislead, even if it was unintentional, just really holds back my 5 out of 5 Ill probably reach out to them in a day or so to address them formally and finish my review, but for now these are my thoughts.
