Hampton Inn & Suites Fargo Medical Center

Checked in at 6-7pm with my family and the lady I had dealt with was not friendly at all. Both ladies were at the front desk the older lady was awful not approachable at all. She didn't seem like she wanted to help at all and when asked for a lower level room she bluntly said nope, "there is none!" As i had a young child we would need to carry in as he had fallen asleep.No customer service experience what so ever given! Didn't tell me what room we were in didn't advise how much I was paying, no explanation of services available at the hotel. Overall hotel was great! But when you travel and get a hotel you expect your check in experience to be great not feel like you should be canceling and checking in at another hotel. We just traveled from Grand forks and stayed a night at Country inn and suites and their customer service was amazing. I think she needs to go back to learn how to deal with people in the hospitality industry. Noteworthy details: Awful check in not worth the stay.

I stay in a lot of Hampton Inns and this is by far the worst. Everything is old and worn down. The refrigerator runs loud, the room doesnt cool down, theres mold in the showers, nothing seems clean, none of the treadmills work. In addition to that, there were an insane number of kids running up and down the halls all night.
