        100% Ice cold criminals! Do not rent from this guy! Found roaches, dead ones, live ones, termites eaten away studs in wall, no hot water, water didn't flow to shower head. All within the first day and they said I couldn't have my deposit back.

        Stayed in Bellevue for three years, so that comes with its own wear and tear because of three years of use. Incredibly simple, old apartment living with storage in the bottom of the building. I chose Bellevue because of its location to UC/CCM. Built good rapport with management and maintenance. Issues were handled quickly and with good communication. However, $275 was pulled out of my deposit due to carpet cleaning (I paid for my own carpet cleaning and was repeatedly told that my carpets were the best carpets in the complex) and additional cleaning fees. You get what you pay for here, but the reviews mentioning deposits are correct.
