Andrew and his team, Brian and Emma, were all a pleasure to work with. They were all friendly, professional, and I felt like they were fighting for me from the beginning to end. I worked for Dominos and was jipped 20cents/mile according to the IRS standard. This equated to $1200 between Feb and Nov of last year. Wage theft is messed up and they fought to get me owed vehicle expenses. If you think youre being shorted on mileage with your delivery job, I highly reccomend contacting them to see what they can do :)

I worked with Biller and Kimble to file against Domino's Team BAM in order to receive unpaid wages from mileage reimbursement. I specifically worked with Emily Hubbard and Emma Paris. Both women were confident, straightforward, and just absolutely all around wonderful to work with. They made working from afar (Ohio to New Mexico) a breeze. As my case progressed, both made sure to inform me of any and all updates. If I had any questions at all, they had answers. I've never filed a lawsuit before, but they took care of everything. If you're here reading reviews to see if this firm is legitimate, they are. It took a little over a year for my case to be won, and took a little longer than that for my two coworkers, but Biller and Kimble won all three of us the money we were owed.

They got me a settlement of $16,000 and all I had to do was call them. If you are a delivery driver and think you are underpaid, call them and they will take care of the rest.
