They was very low on staff only seen 5 workers while there our key cards kept not working had to go back down 4x I asked for extra towels they didnt have any I asked for a pillow they gave me a blanket I bought 2 connecting rooms they both was suppose to have a fridge microwave and a mini sink oh there was nothing they could do definitely dont go here in they need to update some of them pictures because their no bar no restaurant in the hotel all they had was cereal in orange juice out with milk in a koolaid container on and all the ice machines was not working besides the one on level 5 thing is you definitely can tell it was once a great hotel but now its not definitely dont recommend this to anyone

"Quality" the entire place is subsumed in pool miasma from the locked pool in the center of the hotel. Doors barely open, No pests though, so you CAN book a worse hotel. Staff was surprised they had guests but were pleasant and accomodating.
