Spent over $4,000.00 at this hotel and got harassed by the house keeping ladies the whole time. I been very respectful and complained to the manager lady plenty of times her response was my kids make a mess and she didnt want to run away her house keeping ladies. 1st of all your job is to clean and my kids never made a big enough mess to be harassed and followed and watched by a house keeping lady that does not like her job you should find another job and this hotel needs to be shut down. No respect for guest and be worried about the wrong stuff funny how when you go somewhere else none of those problems exist. I will keep writing bad reviews on this hotel since they dont care enough to do their jobs.

This place is deplorable! The front desk staff is unresponsive and rude. Our bed sheets had stains and TV did not work. This is the lasting my family will be staying here.

Rented two rooms for a family trip from Indiana for a hockey game. We turned the air conditioning on before heading to the game in both rooms. Got back from the game and it was hot in both the rooms. Air was off. Turned it as low as possible, got in the jacuzzi tub, got out still hot. Called the front desk to inform about the air not working. (Comes on for maybe 3 minutes then goes off) they wanted to argue with me because I didnt want to move due to them not having any more jacuzzi suites, I just want some money back on my reservation. Refused to make this right, even though BOTH rooms are having the same problem! Front desk associate even came in the rooms to witness the issues. Still wanted to argue. Just wanted everyone to know what they were dealing with here.

Nice and quiet, very good for truckers but you need to call before you go fir parking availability. Recommended.
