Hotel is a bit shabby but acceptable. Great location in downtown cincinnati.

It's amazing how quickly hotels can date. Needs an upgrade quickly. Walkability: Can't even share all the placed within a 5 minute walk Location is perfect!!!

Went for my wife's Birthday. The 24hour access to the museum was a great addition. Not to mention free nightcap shots!! A+

The hotel was beautiful and located in the perfect location. We were in town for a show at The Taft theater and walked from the hotel. Brunch at the bar in the lobby was fantastic and the mimosas were excellent! We shall return!

I booked this room through Priceline and felt like we got a "non-priority" room because of it. When we first got into the room it was very dark so I opened the window dressing. Could barely see out of the window it was so dirty. Then my wife noticed a pair of pants on the floor and asked quizzically if they were mine. Uhhh no. Those pants belonged to some former guest. I should have requested another room immediately, but we were going out to explore so we told the front desk and they said they would have the pants removed. I didn't want to make a big deal about it, but then we kept finding other things about the room that were just not right. Light bulbs being burned out or just non-working light fixtures. Another remnant of a former guest: a half eaten can of peanuts on the shelf above the closet area. The towels were ratty and frayed. It was depressing to be in this room and I was glad that we were only there two nights. To be fair, the only thing I complained about on site were the pants. Yes, I could have called the front desk every time we found something else unpleasant about the room, but I'm trying to enjoy my time in Cincinnati as much as possible. We were looking forward to staying at 21C because we have stayed in other locations before and had a cool experience. Love the art focus and character of the brand, but I would not stay at this one again. Even at the "cheap" rate of Priceline, I expect a clean room that feels fresh and welcoming.
