I haven't lived here long, but so far, so good. I love that this is a historic building, but it's well kept and secure; one of the safest buildings that I've lived in. The neighbors are friendly, and I don't hear too many disturbances from neighboring units. Ms. Alee of the leasing department has been more than helpful in assisting me through my somewhat lengthy and stressful moving process, and she has continued to be of assistance to me whenever I have questions about the building or anything else. Thus far, I have no complaints.

Just moved to Ohio last year in December and was looking for a place here in downtown Cleveland near my job Cleveland clinic main campus and when I was recommended residence at leaders by a co-worker. Jerome and alee were so extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. They pushed me through to get a studio apartment and they have been great to me. I love them very much and made me feel welcome, I move in march 9,2024 and can't wait to start this new journey. Thank you Jermone and alee you guys rock.
