        The hotel and staff was so outstanding that it helped us forget the unfortunate nature of our visit to The Cleveland Clinic. The reviews we read are true, the service was STELLAR! I have never experienced an entire dayshift and night staff be so uniform in dedication or as committed to pleasing customers. I have not seen team cohesion this precise since my days in The Army. The staff could easily manage or train other establishments as they are the new standard by which I define "hospitality". I believe I know part of the source of the wellspring of excellence. I saw a manager in a suite...with gloves on picking up dishes and cleaning tables. Who wouldn't follow servant-leadership like that? BRAVO Drury! Rooms: Grand and beautiful building. The rooms were spacious, nice and clean. Noteworthy details: Excellent value, beautiful environment, genuinely pleasant staff. This was a pleasure and I smile now, remembering what should have been a somber experience.

        Beautiful place to stay for a conference. It has a mixture of architecture techniques around this area, which makes walking around and looking at everything a treat. Within walking distance for many nearby attractions. Nearby activities: Near many attractions. Walkability: Can walk to most places near downtown Cleveland. Food & drinks: Hotel has complementary breakfast and includes a small restaurant open for drinks and dinner. Has pantry and water bottle filling stations on site.

        The staff was absolutely amazing! Not to mention the building was totally stunning! We reserved a room for our wedding night and at check in the manager upgraded us to the presidential suite! They also allowed us to bring our photographer and took us up to another floor to get the best pictures and even brought us & cleaned off a bell cart for us for pictures! Kindest and most accommodating staff ever! Huge thank you to Valerie, Yunus, Natalie, & Ashley!! We will most definitely be back!!
