We love this hotel for simplicity of design and convenience. You have everything you need in the modern European style. Rooms: Simple European style Noteworthy details: Dogs are welcome!

I stay there and was really happy with the room and location. manger was attentive and friendly and polite that check you end at 3 pm. However watch out for the evening supervisor. Got an attitude problem. I ask for a room with accessibility. I had no shower bench. She made a point of saying Why didnt you ask the person who check you in. What time did you get here. How long have you been staying here. Going on and on. Attitude out this world. Finally she said, Ill go look for one go to your room. She followed behind saying I hope you know some people wouldnt do this for you. Well know you are a hired staff and just made a horrible comment about your own coworkers or you are speaking about yourself since you dont wanna be brother. I was really offended but kept my composer and smiled. Another thing I noticed those tubs are made for people five feet tall people not people 5 ft nine. Certainly not made for plus size people. Accessibility does not mean handicap. So be careful of the room you choose. And make sure the staff knows to let the shower holes down. If you have mobility issues you are wasting your time trying to take a shower. Their no shower bench to swing your legs over in the tub. The toilet needed an outside railing next to the toilet for you to be able to push or pull yourself up. Their was on one side of toilet. You will struggle. Toilet was a small low level toilet. Accessible doesnt mean handicap. Rooms: My room was very clean no trash left from other people or under the beds Nearby activities: 15 min downtown and casinos and basketball, baseball and football. 10 minutes from Daves grocery store, One of Cleveland oldest mansion is right across from the hotel. And a restaurant . Longer trip explore Great Northern Mall one the largest mall in Ohio , Check out Sweeties Candy Store . Closer Mall Steelyard. Movies on Shaker Square! Cleveland has all kind of eatery from fine dining to ordering in. Go bowling downtown East 4 th street. Something for everyone! Walkability: If you like taking long walks. Their side walks are clean and accessible

Clean, always efficient service, however, we didn't have soap in our room for bathing or hand washing, we were told it would be brought up to us but it never was. I usually travel with my own so I didn't make a fuss about it but I realized the next morning that I didn't have it in my carry-on bag, it was in my bigger bag so it was really inconvenient to get dressed again and have to go back down and ask for it AGAIN. It was given to me right away, even if the Asian maintenance man did flirt with my gf lol. Their luggage cart had a busted wheel and made it really difficult to transport luggage, breakfast was decent, no waffles, pancake machine to automatically make you pancakes, no pouring batter required, just wave your hand in front of the sensor and it does all the work. However, there was no syrup out on the buffet for half the morning. Cereal, bagels, scrambled eggs and sausage, no hard boiled eggs and I'm sure there was fruit but it wasn't on the buffet line with everything else. OJ, apple juice, water, coffee available to drink. Spacious parking lot for trailers but the entrance is a little cramped and you do have to drive through downtown Cleveland to get to the hotel so some of the turns might be a little tight
