The owner has absolutely no idea what she is doing. They have been stealing the nail techs wages. The nail techs here are absolutely amazing at their job, but the owner is and has been the problem. They are constantly running out of supplies that the girls need in order to do their job. The owner and her husband do not care about the clients, but only if they will be making enough money and selling merchandise. Greedy business practices, I wouldnt continue to support this establishment.

Giving 3 stars because my nail tech Sarah is INCREDIBLE. She always does exactly what I like and want, even when I dont know what I want, I trust her to just do anything, and it comes out perfectly. My biggest issue with the location now is their front desk people, management, etc. once they switched owners it seems things went downhill. Front desk staff arent bubbly, upbeat people like they used to have. They just stay behind the desk and dont interact like previous employees did. They have messed up my passport program before, which confused me because I thought I had a great understanding of my program and when I can do my nail art. I still recommend the place, but its much changed since new owners came in.
