Ive been living here for 3 years now. I have good and bad things to say. Ill start with the good. Its close to downtown and Grandview area and its pretty quiet, and Everyone keeps to themselves. The 2 bedroom is a nice size for the price. Its affordable and they are trying to do upgrades. These are like transitional apartments before you get something really nice lol The leasing office manager is kind. Okay heres the bad things I have. Its Columbus city schools. West side. My car has been broken into twice. Weve had heat issues on Christmas, plumbing issues and hot water tank issues. These are not upgraded like the leasing office displays lol they have lots of work to do. Its cool for what it is honestly..but dont expect what you see in the leasing office. Im sure once the upgrades come the prices will rise so be mindful .

Leasing staff is one of the reasons for leaving. Theyll tell you youll be charged for submitting basic requests. For a two bedroom apartment thats Columbus city schools with no amenities. The buildings at 1350 & 1360 have plumbing issues and water works is out weekly this is due to pipes bursting over the winter and residents on first floors over both buildings had raw sewage damage. Maintenance has broken items while on service calls without resolution for extended periods of time. What you see in the leasing office is nicely furnished it is NOT what youll be moving into please beware!

No running water since 1-1-23, back in December we had no hot water for 5 days in Sub-Zero temperatures. Packages are constantly stolen. Avoid this place like the plague, harbor group owns the property and they are not better Business bureau accredited, and have lost multiple lawsuits from their tenants at other properties. Look up Harbor group on the BBB website and see for yourself. This entire review is factual and from a current resident that has lived here for years.
