My drain was clogged so bad!!! But Robert Ward came to the rescue. He got my tub draining properly within a few minutes. Great customer service!

Rob Ward is very professional an is fine maintenance personnel. I have had the pleasure to meet on my first day of moving in. Rob helped me measure the windows so I can get right size rods to hang. Great Job

Just moved to the complex in January. Whitney Lewis took care of me, answered all my questions. She cleaned my apartment and made sure my maintenance request were taken care of. Shes very friendly and professional, you can tell she takes her job seriously. Robert Ward was the maintenance guy who came and took care of my request all in one day! Back to back he made sure everything was fixed. He was very friendly and professional. I have already recommended this complex to others. No issues as of yet.

Appreciate the work done by on call last night. One of the coldest and busiest on call nights Koen was there to make sure my furnace was working. Very neat work and pretty quick too. Great Work!!

Move in day, & I am very excited & pleased with the lay out of the apartment. There were a few bumps but the way the team was able to address my concerns was nothing less then great. Kenya M. has been amazing & patience with my concerns & has made the move in process smooth. I was able to get help from jasmine & Josh too. Great supporting team. Jay came out & help too I am grateful for him & then Sean was so kind & was right on point with a helping hand. Im excited to be apart on the community. Update : Iyanna has been amazing since I moved in, she always on top of work orders & any questions or concerns I have. Sean as well, Sean makes sure my worker orders are completed & go above & beyond. I really appreciate the care that they show every time . Thank you both very much.
