I visited Dublin Square apartments yesterday. Jaylynn gave me a tour of your beautiful apartment community and she was Absolutely Amazing ! Personable , Professional, Poised and Calm (as she was the only leasing professional there yesterday) . I witnessed her handle multiple situations with ease all while communicating next steps with me and keeping appointment times for scheduled tours. The maintenance staff are kind as well. I'm looking forward to making Dublin Square our new home later this Summer.

This was a decent place to live until Birge & Held took over. Very lousy management company that lack communication to their residents and do very little to make sure their residents feel safe in the community. There have been multiple crime occurrences, and once they are notified, all they do is apologize for the disturbance, but never take the proper actions to make the community more secure. They also never send out the proper notices to the community to make people more aware of the activity that is going on at night. My car has been broken into Atleast twice and there have been reports of vehicles being stolen off the property, catalytic converters being stolen, and reports of attempted Break ins near the garages and maintenance area. They need to consider having a courtesy officer patrol the complex at night. The rent increases a couple hundred dollars every lease term which makes it very unaffordable, especially for someone who has lived here for years. They also recently make you opt into their internet, which is now included in the cost of your rent. They need to give their residents the option to opt of extra fees like this, especially when you already have a plan with another provider. And parking is absolutely terrible. Plan to not find a spot to park in front of your unit after 6PM. We pay all this money a month to compete for parking spaces almost as if there are more units than parking spaces. The upkeep of the community and amenities has declined. The trash compactor constantly goes out and management does not do a good job stocking items in the clubhouses like coffee and cups. This lousy management company also charges to have your lightbulbs replaced unless you live on a 3rd floor apartment. I have never leased with anyone who charges to replace a light bulb. They will offer a ladder to change it yourself. For a ceiling thats too high to reach. Absolutely ridiculous. How do you expect your seniors to climb up on a ladder to replace a bulb?or anyone else who may be disabled? Birge and Held do better!!! There needs to be better professionalism, attentiveness, and communication from this team in making sure they provide a positive experience for their residents. Most people running the front desk need better training and customer service instead of having an I dont care attitude. I cant even get a proper greeting when walking through the front door with my guests or a return call back regarding an issue. Customer service goes a long way when you want people to mention positive things about the community and refer people to live here. As the property manager, Jaylyn, please listen to your resident's concerns! This is why you guys have bad reviews. Lousy service! I would not recommend living here.

I would never recommend renting an apartment at Dublin Square. There is no security, my car was vandalized (stole my tires and rims right out of the parking lot) and there was no assistance when trying to settle out my final bill - they simply turn you over to a collection agency after 30 days. They charged me for unnecessary items that equaled up to $200.00+. They force you to use their utility company and when it is time to leave, they charge you for two full months that must be paid within 30 days (and that utility company overcharges because they are a third party utility company). After living there for almost five years and after living in other apartment complexes, I have never had to endure such mean people who run that office. They had NO compassion when my car was vandalized. They were going to tow my car with NO WHEELS because it looked bad on them. I DO NOT RECOMMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX WHATSOEVER!!
