        I recently helped a relocation client find a lovely, light-filled apartment at Harper House. The decor and amenities are wonderful. I have to give a solid shout out to Leasing Consultant Paige who was so patient and kind during our tours and with paperwork, very prompt and knowledgeable. Can't thank her enough!

        Worst apartments to live. We were there for almost 2years,old management was too good, so we moved to another apartments, we had a numerous issues since we moved to another apartments but the new management didnt consider our issues. New management is very disrespectful ,they didnt allow our guests to stay in our apartments , they directly asked them to leave immediately.. Coming to building, the apartments walls are very thin we can here everything from neighbors from snoring to walking,closing cabinets,doors and they are not maintaining cleanliness also.
