This apartment complex is so shockingly nice I was certain there was something wrong with it. I lived here for six months and had no issues the entire time. Quiet neighbors & good soundproofing, I felt very safe in the building, maintenance is super friendly and comes same day. And of course, Jesse & Lorene are amazing :)

I currently live here. This space offers the perfect views and gives you the opportunity to go anywhere in Columbus in about 10 minutes. The staff here really cares and takes the time to do anything you ask. I have put in maintenance requests, and have had them fulfilled LITERALLY 2 seconds after submitting. The community is also very nice and respectful. Couldnt have asked for a better place to start my journey in Columbus!

I toured for a unit I was interested in and the staff member sent an email the same day with the link to the online application. The unit I was interested in wouldn't be available until mid September. The same staff member didn't mention of any waitlist procedure, just first come first serve. I applied the next day and got approved thinking I would receive an email containing next steps. But instead, I got a call saying that the unit was taken. I would've liked to known someone else had already taken the unit prior to paying a nonrefundable application fee and running my credit. The staff member should've checked their system to see if an applicant had already secured the unit prior to sending me the link to apply. And when I received the phone call, the staff member asked me if I wanted to move into a unit I wasn't interested in instead...

I lived in the Seneca for about two years, and my experience has been nothing but great! The apartments are nice and beautiful, and the neighborhood is safe, making it a good place to live in. Maintenance has been prompt, and Jesse and Chapmin were helpful during my stay. Moved out because I got job in another city. Highly recommend this place!
