      • It was a bad stay. When you stay here you will be disturbed by a lot of sounds. Don't stay here. And it's over-charing students.

        It was the decision I regretted the most in my life. The prices on the official website are fake. There will be a lot of inexplicable prices every month. I really recommend not staying here. What's more, they don't allow you to move in front of the contract. They don't have liquidated damages. It's a bully contract. It's hard for me to live here every day. What's more, this administrator is very unfriendly. Her name is Jere'. I'm just an international student who came to this university. I've been through a lot of crashes here. My parcels are also often lost because they will drop them on the first floor.

        Unreasonable charge and extreme loud noise there, especially at night when you want to sleep The facilities and services definitely do not match the price, do not recommend.

        It was the worst experience. It's worse than you think. You can't sleep at night. It's also noisy during the day. You'll have a variety of fees. The managers here are also excessive. If you don't want to be wronged, don't come here. Staying here will be the decision you will regret the most.

      Luxe Belle is a charming boutique community, located just blocks from the Ohio Student Union and across from The Gateway. Upon entrance into your suite, you will notice the luxury immediately. Nine-foot ceilings welcome you home before you transition your gaze to the city lights through our oversized windows. Quartz countertops, tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances complete the look in your fully furnished new home. Step outside of your home to enjoy the social lounge, or work on your fitness in the professional cardio center.
