Overall, not terrible but not great. Ive had issues with maintenance and management both not helping much. We had a neighbors water tank leak into our apartment one time and all management did was look at (after a week or so of being told) and it they said the wall wasnt wet so its fine. What about the drenched carpet and wall stain? Water from water tanks also have a gross smell which took us a lot of work to get out. Now we simply need our drip pans replaced and one of the shelf clips in the kitchen cabinet broke and we need a new one. We have been waiting over a month and constantly getting ignored with our request. This is the cheapest place we could find in the least dangerous area we could find. We pay a lot of money for a tiny 650 square foot apartment in a not so safe area.

Nathan is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions when I stopped in. Definitely recommend calling this place home.

Service here continues to decline. The pool wasnt usable most of the summer and is currently a murky green color. The trash compactor goes out every other couple of days. The phone to reach the main office are always down. We no longer have a gym or the option to join the FHA that the original leasing company offered. The only current saving grace about this place is Nate the office manager. Say what you want but he is understanding and fair. He cant do everything but he helps when he can.Also its 4:54pm eat and the office is locked. There is no sign on the door saying when anyone will be back but they are supposed to be here until 6pm EST.

Will charge you to fix thingw that were previously broken in your home. Even when you put it on your move in papers :) how nice.
