Applied and got accepted at their Camden Park Apartments in Fort Wayne, IN. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to terminate the lease with a 30+ day notice prior to even starting my lease on April 1st, 2024. I was hoping it would be a smooth process to get the lease terminated. They are the only complex in Fort Wayne to charge 3 months of rent upon termination. Their staff never responds to any calls or emails regarding the manner. I have proof that I have sent many emails just trying to get a response from Camden Park. Finally I get into contact with one of their 'Regional Managers' hoping she could help me at all. Instead I get unprofessional and rude emails with no help at all.

apartment with many problems paying over 2,000 dollars a month to live with terrible management and this company never answers the phone I have been calling for a week to report their management and havent heard back.

I lived in the condos off Sells ave for about 3 years. Not only was the staff amazing (Lindsay Cooper and Earl), my neighbors and overall experience was great. I would recommend living here to anyone. Close to a lot of restaurants and events, plus a safe area.
