    I have lived here for two years and I just love the location of these apartments! Its pretty much by everything that you need! 3 mins from Grandview, 3 mins from UA, only a 12 min drive to downtown Columbus! The community is wonderful. Typically, it is a younger crowd but its not too crazy or out of control. I will say, you can hear your neighbors above you if they have heavy feet, but its not too terrible. They do cute little events here from time to time which I love. Also, the best employee they have is Zach. He has been so helpful and attentive to anything Ive needed while being there. Hes the best employee at this place hands down!! Overall I love this place and dont plan on leaving anytime soon :)

    Love this apartment complex and the grounds! The outside is amazing with beautiful amenities. The apartments themselves are updated and modern. An apartment complex that any age range would enjoy. The staff is super knowledgeable and will answer any questions. If they dont know the answer they will seek it out and not lie or make anything up in my experience. Highly recommend a tour and even a move in!

    I moved in here in April. The apartments are nice. You can hear your neighbors. My upstairs neighbors have two dogs that bark all the time and make noise. They moved in after me. The apartment management has done nothing to help. Their suggestion was for me to move apartments. I dont understand why its ok to have a dog that is a nuisance in an apartment. No respect for your neighbors. And it causes stress for my little dog. Very frustrated.

    Wednesday November 1st rent was not posted to the payment portal. Same day received an email stating that I would updated when rent was posted. Friday November 3rd rent was still not posted and I messaged through the app asking for an update, Breyona Hejduk responded saying an update would be sent when rent had been posted. Monday November 5th I logged into the payment portal and there was rent was posted but was missing the charges for utilities. I messaged Breyona and again asked for an update, and she said she would send one out when utilities were posted. I received no emails or further communication. This morning, I log in and to my surprise- rent & utilities has been posted- along with an $150 late fee! There were no email updates, and Breyona never messaged me back with an update either. Monday morning while in direct communication would have been the time to directly tell me that there would be a late fee and/or to email your residents an update. Apparently there was an update posted to the main page of their Livly app, which I did not get a notification for and that was supposed to be sufficient communication. I was ready to pay and the only reason payment wasnt sent was due to lack of communication on managements end. Specifically Breyona. Regardless of the miscommunication, there is a 5 day grace period for late payments, and the 5 days has not been up since rent was just posted on Monday. So there shouldnt even be a late fee applied that would need to be waived. I am now involving my father who is an attorney since they refuse to take responsibility for this situation when I have been ready and trying to pay for over a week. Absolutely unprofessional communication and charging of fees at the expense of their managerial mistakes.
