When there are more 1 star reviews than any other that says something.
They manage a shopping center behind my house and for years I have been battling with them over companies that collect trash and clean the parking lot coming as early as 3am to do that work. It is very noisy and disturbs me and my neighbors who are trying to sleep. There is an easy solution but they seem incapable of accomplishing it.
Also several years ago I rented an apartment from them. When I left I gave 2 months notice but they tried to charge me $600 saying I didn't. They stopped when I let them know I would advertise how incompetent they were.
