        Deposited a check. Check cleared on a Monday and was told $100 would be available until the check cleared. That never happened. "Funds will be available Tuesday at 9am" the it was moved to Wednesday now it Saturday. Elizabeth at Key said there's nothing we can do!!!

        Takes 2 days to process a loan that the car dealership could have processed while I sat there. So much for existing Client relationship meaning anything.

        The brach manager Martinez was very rude and not to mention unhelpful. I will be closing my account and opening a account at hunting .

        I was very disappointed in the branch managers attitude towards me when I had difficulties with my transaction. She talked to me as if I was an idiot or beneath her... I'm not sure what her name is but she is the branch manager it's the big one. She was very unapologetic in her crass. She said she was going to help me but then simply returned to her office to make phone calls. I will be closing this account as soon as possible
