Wish I could give them -0 stars!! My daughter bought tires here yesterday, supposedly new. Last night one of the tires blew out, she called the tire center and was basically told there was nothing they could do. Less than 12 hours later & the tire is blow? We will be taking this matter to corporate

They always seem to be understaffed. And It seems like they have a high turnover rate in their auto. Department. But they're Douglas tires and their prices can't be beat for the quality. I have always bought my tires for all my Impalas from them .

Horrible service!! The 1st time I went , I caught a flat in that vicinity and had no choice but to drive on the rim to the nearest tire center, which was scary by itself. (I'm a woman). Only to get to what I thought was a safe space, for them to say they were busy and it would be a wait. I was fine with that since I really had no options. When I told him these, he proceeded to say they were short and he didn't know when they could do it and I should go else where. He refused to help me and I has to drive on a flat to Mr. Tire whom gladly sold me 2 new tires. I decided to give walmart another try only for them to not apply my walmart plus rewards ,I have been a member for about a year. Then he makes us wait 30 minutes while he "applied" it do we could get the tire road hazard warranty, only for him to tell us he can do it and if we wanted to pay for the warranty, he would have to do tye paperwork all over again , which would take even longer causing my husband to be late for work. Is this how Walmart Plus members are treated??? SO NOT WORTH IT AND I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AS THE WHITE MALE WITH RED HAIR WEARING THE WHITE SHIRT TOLD ME TO DO!! YOUR EMPLOYEES KNOWS BEST!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

They asked me to come in three hours early. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate THEM. Over a hour passed and I was not seen. I ended up leaving. What was the point of specifically asking me to come in early?
