        The battery on my Pixel 3XL died, so I came in and spoke with Drake, who had contacted me the week before about a promo they had. He hooked me with a great deal on another phone, took care of everything from number transfer, even installing safety glass, case...all of it. Can't ask for any more than that. (VZW does have a strange way of writing up their invoices, which I called him about later and he addressed it. But that's a VZW corporate issue and not the store's.) But Drake did a good job.

        Absolutely horrible. In there for over 3 hours the guy who was helping us walked away multiple times to go help other people. Didnt do anything that he was suppose to do correctly. Lied about multiple things, didnt know what he was taking about. Had to go back many more times to, absolutely horrible.
