Asalam Alaikum, thanks for your honest and candid review, my instincts told me you are the one they came in to pick the phone up.I will use this opportunity to tell you the full story because I wasn't able to tell you when you picked it up.A supposed customer brought in the phone with the claim that her child was messing with the phone, typed in the wrong pass codes several times and needed the phone to be reset, I took in the job charged her then told her to picked it backed up in an hr because that how long it takes to get it reset to my surprise, another person came in claiming their stolen phone was traced to the store which I was totally confused because I don't have any phone in the store with lost or stolen mode on the screen hence my claim of not having any stolen phone with ne in the store.I was convinced that phone I was working on was actually either stolen or lost but found when you sounded the alarm and the notification of a stolen device popped up on the screen, your calmness and articulate made ke give it back to you without having to asked you to either call the police or file a police report so I won't be in a situation with the person that original brought it in for a reset.Thanks so much May Almight God be with you

Why should I give a phone that you apparently not the one that dropped it off to you without proving the genuineness of your claim??And between I shouldn't have released the phone back to you without a form of police report but I let it go because of how articulate and calm the lady that came to the store was.Not everyone is a Dumb and low IQ lots.
