Chula Vista Apartments

I would like to see the laundry room and grounds picked up more often, along with standard cleaning for the Laundry Room; but I've never had a maintenance issue go ignored. A very fair place to live! With a little effort, it could sure be spectacular though. It all starts with good tenants that pick up after their animals and refuse to litter. Maybe someday.

I love staying here! It's so cute and quiet. Great location. The neighbors are also very nice and welcoming. The land lady is so nice as well. There is also a little playground in the middle of the complex with few grills.

This review is not for the apartments, as I'm yet to move in. This review is for Gail. I'm not entirely sure what her exact job title is but I know she goes above and beyond. I've needed to call for various reasons and each time I have she has been friendly and has fixed every problem I've had right away. If the apartments are half as good as she is I'll be more than happy.

I moved over here 2 weeks ago. I love my apartment. I turned in a maintenance request and they were there the next day to fix the issue. The property manager Gayle, has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome. My kids enjoy the playground so much!
