They made me feel very unwelcome and I didn't get my deposit back because instead of me staying the last two nights my x did . I also was upset with no working hot tub. Paid for a week and got treated bad

Moved from 3rd floor to 4th because roaches. They didn't change we the mattress cover which had a huge urine stain. Blood splattered on side of bed, wall, and curtains. Disappointed to say the least. Owners would not offer our money back so we could leave. We definitely won't be back and hope everyone else has a better experience. Also. Our thermostat wasn't working properly and when the ac came up it woke up us every time. Horrible noise.
Noteworthy details: It's obvious those hotel doesn't care. We've never had a bad experience with Sleep Inn. We stay in hotels 12 times a year.

Great hotel. Customer service was great. Lost phone. It was found and manager returned it with no problems. Definitely recommend this hotel. Nice clean rooms
