If your looking for Clean and comfortable beds, good working AC this is it. The staff is nice and it has a hot breakfast. Downfall for me was AC unit was loud and woke us all night. The curtains unfortunately dont have the overlapping track so the light woke us up very early in the morning too.

I called and could not hardly understand the customer service rep so I asked for a supervisor. I got a young, clear, English-speaking woman who sounded nice. (or so I thought) I have used this hotel many times to rent rooms for my friends who come in town and for my wife and I for some down time away from the kids. I called to check on accommodation for a "day date" for our 20 year anniversary since we do not have an overnight sitter. (11 am to 4 pm) Unique request I understand but I proceed. I ask about an early check-in and early check-out with a hot tub and let the manager know we are close, and she quickly said "we dont rent rooms to locals". I said, "So, I cannot even pay you for a room for a whole night?" and she said no and HUNG UP ON ME! :( There is a saying that goes like this "Never let policy overrule common sense." -Delta I know hotels don't have to accommodate unique requests but even if you decline at least be respectful and kind. Makes me sad. For all you readers out there, please treat others the way you want to be treated. Let's be as kind as we can be and even more so than we might think a person deserves. If this person worked for me she would be fired. I will not ever give my business to Hampton Inn again. Thanks for reading. Have a great day.

Arrived late at night, front desk clerk was fairly rude and curt. No explanation of charges or verifying anything. Shower in room had hairs in tub, shampoo was totally empty, caulking old and molding.
