I purchased my home 3 years ago. The previous owner had cats and the house constantly smelled musty. I had been getting my ducts cleaned annually by other duct cleaning companies and the musty smell never went away. I randomly came across Duct Geeks when searching for a local duct cleaning company. Alisha (sp?) and Manny are a husband and wife team with 7 years field experience, in additional to being wonderful people!. They arrived promptly, had strict covid practices, walked me through my ductwork and gave me a fair price. During the cleaning, they showed me a bag's worth of cat hair and dirt that had been just sitting in my ducts. Manny also repaired several preexisting holes in my ducting (w/o extra charge!) from a shoddy HVAC job. It's been over a week since Duct Geeks serviced my ducts and there is no hint of mustiness and the air quality in my home is noticeably improved.
