Love living in the Packard. Clean, quick to respond to any maintenance needs, fun building gatherings. Package/mail service is great (Amazon locker) and dry cleaning service which offers pickup in the building is great as well !

I had a fantastic year and a half at the Packard! I want to give a shout-out to the extraordinary team that runs Packard, from the front desk (Tiara, Kiana) to the leasing management (Cia) and the maintenance crew (Fran). You all made my time at the Packard worthwhile - a home away from home.
Amenities were kept in top shape, and everything that could easily make apartment living go wrong was correctly handled.

Ive lived here for over two years now and have loved my stay! Its such a perfect location with everything you need in the building. Definitely recommend renting here!

After a year, I can honestly say I enjoy my home life here. I moved from Miami to Philadelphia for just a year. This apartment was truly amazing, yes you can hear your neighbors but if that doesnt bother you then you are fine. I felt very safe and if there was anything needed fixing in the apartment maintenance was there.
