AT&T Store

I wouldn't say anything to improve on. Jaden was very helpful and patient. He answered all my questions I had and even provided some advice about which phone to get to get me a better deal. He even set my phone up. I left out the store amazed and happy.

yesterday we came to buy a SIM card on the phone, we were met by a consultant girl, she was very unqualified, did not want to talk to us, and tried to show with all her appearance that we were not welcome here. soon we wanted to buy two iPhones for our family, but the desire to buy in this store disappeared....

AT&T sales representative named Terrell: He was absolutely brilliant! Very professional, personable, attentive. He took his time to understand my frustration and complications I were experiencing with my wireless line and effortless resolved the issue, including being open to answer any and every question I had in regards to company policy and personal services for my line. Couldnt ask for a better in store experience at AT&T!

Worst customer service, they have absolutely no knowledge about their services. I tried to get Apple watches for my kids and they told me it would not work unless I also bought another line and an iPhone for my children also?!!!! You can absolutely add additional Apple watches as a family sharing plan. They were completely clueless. You only need one iPhone, and can add multiple watches on that single line, they had no idea. They tried to make me buy $2000 worth of additional phones and $1000 worth of extra services that I did not need. All it costs is $10 per watch. They are the ones offering buy one get one watch free but know nothing about how to add a family plan watch. Do not go to this store!
