        Awful experience, I came here on break instead of ordering online because my item would not be here on time and this location had some good reviews. I even called on the phone and was assured that it would only be 20mins too then I would be back at work, well this was a LIE! I had the rep named (PAOLA S), she came of as nice, but she didnt seem knowledgeable, I was eligible for a FIRST RESPONDERS DISCOUNT, and soon as she put all my information in the system she stated it was down so I had to wind up not getting the discount, NOT GOOD, then she had to get on the phone with customer service about another issue which took me over 45 mins pushing a hour. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE, CUSTOMER SERVICE CLEARLY ISNT THERE TOP PRIORITY

        Had a great experience highly recommend. Went into the store in desperate need of a phone & I must say that sales rep "Leslie" was very helpful & explained everything to me in detail, As well answered all the many questions I had, lol.. I would definitely revisit it this store again. Also staff was very polite & friendly!
