No wonder this place has a 2 star experience on their website. Horrible. Me and my boyfriend booked through Priceline and on there it didnt state anything about a 200 fee for damages. If you went to a hotel before any other hotel is a 100 dollar fee. 200 fee for a hotel that already looks damaged? Please lol. The manger then stated me to their website where it said it, after being on the phone with Priceline for a hour and me and her going through the rules, it NEVER STATED THAT. I ended up getting my refund with Priceline due to me filing a claim on the hotel and they issued me one the next day, stating that other people complained about this issue plus the hotel itself. If you scroll down youll see plenty of reviews where people state, they didnt get their room, the cleaning issue, how small it is, the smell and if you go on the Priceline app its much worse. Our flight was delayed so this was our last option for the night but I recommend just booking with Airbnb for cheaper and better quality.

THE HOTEL ROBBED ME. At check-in, they told me that they did not accept cash to pay, only cards. So I paid them with a card. But for the deposit, the receptionist, Damon, told me that I could pay in cash, only that it had to be a little more money due to risk (10% more). I asked him 3 times if what they were going to refund me was the total, because otherwise I would pay by card. He always answered me that they would refund me in full. My partner understood exactly the same thing as me. Obviously what happened is that they did not refund me the entire amount, that 10% went to the hotel, contrary to what they had said. Coincidentally, Damon wasn't working that day. They called the manager and they didn't want to take responsibility for what they said. The receptionist should have paid for it. DAMON, you stole my money.

So I was nervous coming to Philly with just my daughter and I we are here for a volleyball tournament. Sleep In is more than what I expected. We were greeted by Hyniss Customer service is fabulous. Very professional, very friendly. Gave us recommendations of where to eat. The rooms are extremely clean!! It smells great in here. Its warm inside the building. The entire hotel is clean. The location is perfect.!! I highly highly recommend this hotel for the price, location and service !! We are from Texas. We used to southern hospitality, and I have to say Hyniss Has been great very professional. The staff here is very hospitable. Free WiFi ! Its quiet. They have vending machines clean and stalked ice machines.
