I absolutely love this hotel, and any time I go back to Philadelphia going forward, this will be my first selection for availability. The room is set up like a dorm,, everything I need- comfortable bed, bathroom with shower, hooks to hang my jackets/hats, TV to unwind at night, WiFI. I don't need the extra closet or couches (there was a little table to do some laptop work and a seat in the corner, quite thoughtful!) or all the unnecessary extra space as I'm a single guy. Thanks to these "deductions," I can afford a very nice hotel in a good area with easy access to everything including transportation. There is a coffee shop inside with some good options (fell in love with the horchata latte) and a Mexican restaurant for your munchies needs. Note, other than the horrendous deli next door, there are very little options if you get hungry at night.

The absolute worst decision ever made by my friend was made this past weekend to stay here because it was close to wrestlemania. Rooms extremely small, walls were so thin I felt like I was in the same room with my neighbors because the conversation they were having seemed like they were talking in front of my face. A pile of trash right out front of the hotel and a man smoking weed with his shoes off in front of the hotel. Then upon my arrival the hotel worker attempted to charge me a higher rate than my Hilton Honors rate for both my rooms. Attempted to tell me the rate change. I sent the worker a email confirming the correct rate but then they continued to to attempt to collect the higher rate at check out. I had to send email confirmation on two occasions just to get the rate corrections for the two rooms. It took me 30 min just to get my receipt at check out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL Unless you like the toilet bowl right by your head when you sleep at night.. HILTON SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

Excellent hotel. Only thing I can fault is that my room doesn't have a fridge for keeping things cool (maybe better rooms do). The location is great. Plenty bars and restaurants around within walking distance. Big shout out to Charlotte who I asked if she had any recommendations for vegetarian restaurants and her response was "I've made a list for that". I've lived off her list for the last 4 days. Housekeeping was perfect - asked what time I'd like my room serviced when I was took hungover to let them in and it was done when I came back. There's a coffee shop downstairs that makes great coffees. And the recommendation for the 24 hour sandwich shop just 2 doors up has been ideal. Basic room with a bed, TV and bathroom but amazing staff. Very attentive and helpful. Can't praise them enough

We had a great stay here, location is perfect, the restaurant is awesome (not just for a hotel), and the staff was exceptional. Mo in particular was above and beyond, she was very knowledgeable of the area, gave us great directions, and suggestions for food/drink. Mo was professional, personable, and a delight to deal with everyday. Rooms: The rooms are smaller than you would normally expect, but they are micro rooms by design and are plenty big.

I booked an over night stay for an event and had an emergency I called the hotel 7am to cancel and to get refund and they said it was past 24hour and they don't issue refunds. This is robbery I would understand a small cancelation free but to keep the whole dam $300.00 for 1 night is nuts. People watch out for these scam hotels this is how they make money!!!
