        dont stay here!!!! They have bed bugs, terrible customer service AND the house keeping steals from the rooms!!! the worst hotel ever.

      • Great experience, got a king sized bed for $80! Highly recommend. BUT THE SNACKS BAR IS RIDICULOUS. THEY WANTED $20 FOR M&MS AND WATER Food & drinks: Has a snack bar and bar in the lobby. Very clean and nice.

        Great hotel within walking distance to the convention center! The staff was incredibly nice, the rooms were very clean, and the free breakfast was surprisingly really good. I heard from other people that parking was inconvenient but we took the train in and used Uber to get around so we didn't have to deal with that. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Philadelphia!

      Dear Kee !I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you are now stating you experienced while at our hotel.I know from the calls to our front desk and the numerous calls to our Corporate Guest Care lineyou were having issues with some items you lost the morning of your departure and are attempting to hold the room attendants responsible. Never once did you mention to us or the Guest Care line you had issues with service or with pests in your room. One would think these items would have been brought to the attention of our Guest Care associates immediately, especially considering you asked the Guest Care line about being compensated for the misplaced flatiron. As you are aware, we have loaded your misplaced item into our automated lost and found tracking systemand if located, you will be alerted.I'm sorry the item is misplaced, I know how frustrating that is!Thank you again for being this matter to my attention.We look forward to seeing you again during your next visit to Philadelphia!Yours in Hospitality,Best Western PLUS Philadelphia Convention Center
