Beautiful hotel, we stay in philly a lot and by far my favorite so far.

I came there Saturday with a group of women to enjoy the live music & dining area. A team Member by the name of Evan was very dismissive towards the 2 darker women in the group. Exclaiming that we needed a reservation to sit down & the table was currently reserved. We got up with no issue & went the bar. A few moments later the lighter women in our party asked to sit there & without hesitation he sat them down . Not knowing we were all together . When confronted he in a very condescending manner said well it worked out anyway no apology or anything . Ive called & tried to speak to someone regarding this manner & nothing . For this to be my very first experience it wasnt a pleasant one . It didnt feel good to be treated that way & it was definitely b/c of the color of our skin. I will continue to write reviews & report this behavior. It was not at all okay ! Food & drinks: Drinks were good . I didnt stay for food due to how I was treated.

I stayed at W Philly a few weeks ago and Okan gave me an amazing room. I am a Bonvoy member and I used my Bonvoy card to pay so I really appreciate them going the extra mile. The view was spectacular.

Incredible experience, great service and friendly staff. Was upgraded for my birthday to this suite which has an amazing view. Bravo..
